I did that and tried three separate pc and I get access denied
I can confirm that this does not work. Mine is using two identity providers for some reason, can't purchase training or exams and schedule exams.
Broken for three weeks, and counting... about 20 emails to member support..I've tried different machines, browsers, nothing works.
account: arthurvdmerwe@me.com display that a new password is required and an email is sent. This is not received, this was working until member support somehow decided to merge my accounts, instead of fixing it.
account: arthurvdmerwe@icloud.com, is completely blocked: Access DENIED, You do not have permission to sign in.
I have the exact same issue right now.. I have just purchased a CISSP exam (didn't even got a chance to book the schedule) and changed my e-mail. After I verified the email, I can't login and it said 'Access Denied' , 'You do not have permission to log in'. Tried to send an e-mail to member support, please help
