is the service being impacted by the ongoing situation ?
Having extreme difficulty getting through to anyone in Member services ( US/EU - have tried both , but am based in the UK ) in order to pay my first AMF and complete associate status.
Just wanted to get a feel for expectations around these kind of asks currently

We are operating as usual. Can you send an email to membersupport@isc2.org with your name, contact information and candidate number? Also, include the information you included here "pay AMF to complete Associate status."

I managed to speak to Katya in Member Services in London this morning who was extremely helpful and I was able to pay my AMF that way.
