Is anyone else experiencing issues with their member dashboard? All of sudden my dashboard is now saying "Non-Member" and I'm unable to put in my CPEs for my certifications. Also when I go to check verification of my certifications on https://www.isc2.org/MemberVerification, and the site it redirects you to https://webportal.isc2.org/custom/certificationverification.aspx, "No results" appears. What gives?
UPDATE: I finally got in touch with Member services. They are aware of the issue and are hoping to have it resolved by the end of the week. Hope this helps others that are in the same boat.
You might need to check your AMF status, if you have any due membership fee, your account might me impacted and so your member status and current certs. ISC2 announced a soon to happen transition so they will increase AMF from 85 USD to i think something like 125 USD per year. So if that's the case you may want to get up to date with it before the transition.
Hope this helps.

yeah I wish it was that simple but that's not the issue. My AMFs have been paid. I wonder if they are doing maintenance to their site?
I get the same thing when using the new verification link, but the old one works fine:
https://webportal.isc2.org/custom/CertificationVerification.aspx
My member dashboard seems ok though.
EDIT: I think you'll need to contact support to get this fixed.

Thank you for checking and letting me know. Yeah I'll continue to call member support.
Still have no links that seem to work. Except the community page listing my CISSP-ISSMP. But somehow, this is unaware I have been certified since 2002.
Arctific's badges:

Gee, have I really had a CISSP for two years? Also, how do I prove to a firm that I am Arctific exactly.
