Hello ISC2 Community,
I am writing to seek guidance and assistance regarding an issue I encountered with my certificate endorsement process.
I successfully passed the CC exam in December 2022 and recently paid the required $50 fee to obtain my certificate. However, upon attempting to proceed with the endorsement process, I encountered an error message stating, "I must have passed the certification exam within the last 9 months."
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to initiate the endorsement process within this timeframe. Nonetheless, I have fulfilled all other requirements, including the payment of the fee.
I kindly request your guidance on the next steps I should take in order to proceed with the endorsement process and obtain my certificate.
