Is The CISSP Exam Rule in Chinese Changed?

Many CISSP aspirants who took the Chinese version of the CISSP exam in Taiwan reported that the Chinese exam doesn't provide marking questions for review and no go back to change answers. It still takes 6 hours at most for 250 questions.
An ISC2 authorized instructor wrote to the ISC2 and got a reply that confirmed the situation, while another instructor called the ISC2 but was informed that it's a misconfiguration of the exam system. That overwhelmed the local community in Taiwan.

We found no official announcement for the change.
Is it possible that ISC2 can officially clarify the disturbance or confirm the rule change?

Thank you very much for your attention.
