Invalid ID trying to pay AMF with credit card

I sent a note through the "Contact Us" links, but didn't get a response and I'm approaching the deadline.  When I try to pay my AMF's through the credit card link, a pink box appears stating "Invalid ID".  It has been this way for a long time.

 

How can I get this fixed?
