ISC2 Pearson account - How to change Firstname and lastname

WHen i trying to book my CCSP exam. the name is not the same as my passport/ local ID. when I contact the pearson they respond as below.

"For this matter please contact ISC2 directly as Pearson VUE does not have the ability to update the name. Please find their contact information below. Website- http://www.isc2.org "

Please help me where I should request in ISC2 website to change my Pearson account name. without change, I cannot proceed to schedule my exam.
