I can't access my Digital Certicates dashboard.

I already claimed my CC badge and I can't access the Digital Certificate dashboard it says "An internal server error has occurred" (Error ID:1761040514-68102). I have already chat the ISC2 support but I don't get any response from them. How can I print my CC digital certificate? Thank you.
