My CISSP cert renewed for its second time on 31Jul. While my Dashboard did show my new 3-year date, I did not have a rollover of my CEU, nor did my digital badge update.
I gave it more than a week, and then emailed customer service. The next day I had my rollover CEUs and my badge. Thanks to (isc)^2 for helping out on an obvious mistake.
