Having Issues Paying My Maintenance Fee
I'm having problems paying my maintenance fee as I'm getting the Salesforce single sign-on error.
I've called and left multiple messages and even opened a trouble ticket.
How do I get their attention to resolve this issue?
Maybe someone responsible will see this message and resolve my issue?
Anyone else having problems?????

Why are we having SalesForce SSO signing errors when trying to pay our AMF's?
Your Support team is slow to respond our tickets
There is possibililty that our membership will be suspended due to none payment

From your account, I see that you are currently being assisted by a representative from our EMEA office, who partnered with someone from out IT Team to research and resolve the issue. Soon you can expect to receive a status update, from our EMEA office, on this matter.

If so many of us are experiencing the same issue, why don't you guys get a system fix?

I got same problem with standard instructions to clear cache and use credit cards issued by another bank?
