Error is returned when clicking 'Pay My AMFS' and ''MY PROFILE' pages

 

Dear Member Support staff

 

Whenever clicking the 'Pay My AMFs' and 'MY PROFILE' pages, The below error message is always returned.

How can I fix it?

An exception has occurred

Unable to Redirect to Web Portal, Session could not be established
