Error 403 - Forbidden

Hi, I keep getting "Error 403 - Forbidden" when I try to access the CPE portal and have raised a ticket in the past [ ref:!00D410eoKs.!500Qj013KlGf:ref ] but the problem kept reoccurring even using an incognito window.  Can someone please assist, I've attached screenshots of the errors from today?
