Endorsement review completed - Can't see member dashboard for next steps

Hello,

 

I recently got an e-mail saying my endorsement has been reviewed and to check my dashboard to review my certification status.  However, when I try and click on my dashboard, nothing shows up.  I would appreciate any assistance @Kaity .  I have tried this process on several types of browsers, but it is always the same result.  My member ID is 767609.
