Based on the error, I'm guessing the email you use to login to Pearson VUE is different to the one you use to login to the ISC2 member portal.
Pearson VUE send the email address they have for you to ISC2 with your pass result, so when you're trying to go through the endorsement process and ISC2 compare the email address they have for you with the pass list Pearson VUE have sent them, it appears as though you haven't passed the exam recently as they can't find your email address on there.
You can try changing your email address in the ISC2 member portal so it matches your Pearson VUE one - you may need to wait a while (24+ hours) for everything to get updated accordingly.
