Didn't receive my score after exam

I didn't get my score on my 2nd attempt. 

I got my score on my first attempt in Dec 2016.

I retook the exam in Feb 2018(2nd try), a new format which was for 3hrs. I answered 139 questions and my time was up and the exam ended. I did not get my score for this attempt. 

Did anyone face a similar issue?

I am planning to retake the exam in June 2018 (after 90 day wait period for the 3rd attempt). But I wanted to know my last score as it could help me to prepare this time.

If I recall it correctly, I don't think that you'll receive a score. Either you passed it or you didn't. Even when I passed my CAT format, I did not receive a score. The printout just said I passed based on the metrics...

That's correct, you don't receive a numerical score on the CAT exam.
