Delete my account

Hello, due to a mistake in name, I created two ISC2 accounts. Now, I want to close this account which isn't in use. I don't find a FAQ about deleting an account. How can I do that? Thanks,

All ISC2 candidates and members may have only one (1) ISC2 account and one (1) Pearson VUE account.
Please send an email to membersupport@issc2.org with the information on both of your accounts and they will assist you.

Hello, I have been trying to fill the candidate application form. However, it keeps saying that "something went wrong. Please contact your administrator." So that I tried to use another email, and I created a second account in order to check if it is working or not. Same error encounter again, but I think I have 2 accounts now. I tried to report my problem to memberssupport@isc2.org however there is no answer yet. Please help me with that.

Thank you for reaching out via the ISC2 Community board.
I see you have contacted our Customer Experience team, and your accounts are being merged.

We do not "delete" additional accounts; we merge all accounts into one primary account.

Hello isc2 support, please i would like to delete my candidate account because i realized i made a mistake with the name and i wouldn't want that to cause an issue during the cause of the training and certification. the account mail is abdulllahsadiku@gmail.com i am requesting to delete the account because i can't edit my name ...... so please kindly reach out to me and review my request so i can create another account and enroll for the course

I want to Delete my account for some reason
