Delay at Member support?

I've done the quiz for Infosecurity Professional Magazine March/April on 25th  of February. I waited for 5 work days and still no CPEs added to my account. So I tried to manually add them. I couldn't at that time, so I filed for no-(ISC)2 CPEs, according to the instructions, and got the 'be patient for 5-6 working days' end result.

 

Since then, silence. Nothing. The 5-6 working days have passed, but no e-mail from member support, no CPEs added to my account. 

 

I understand there might be an additional delay due to covid-19 circumstances and if that's the case, I apologise for raising this issue here.

I also didn't get my CPEs for the quiz associated with the current magazine version automatically added, and I waited over two weeks for them before adding them manually using these steps:

BTW - there have been delays in getting a response to emails to Member Services for a long long time now...
