I recently passed CC certification.
The next step is pay AMF through "member dashboard"
but when I go to member dashboard I get the following error message:
I already sent emails to email@example.com but I have no response.
Try calling them or use the Support Chat function on the member portal:
BTW - I think they sometimes ask you to wait 24 hours before accounts become fully provisioned - don't know if that's the case here, but have seen that being recommended before.

I was able to solve it. Thanks to @AndreaMoore
When you pass the exam a few days later an email is sent to your inbox. In this mail you have to click on "online application" the text is in bold so I didn't realize it was a link. After that I have to wait for "Endorsement review".
