Dashboard Showing Non Member & Associate Status?

Passed my CISSP today, but when I log into my account, my Dashboard says I am a non member. I only have 1 year of work experience, but shouldn't I still show as a member?

Also, do I pay the annual fee while I am still the Associate, or is that only once I have 5 years work experience and have been endorsed?

Can I be endorsed any earlier than 5 years work experience?
