Two emails, no response (Five day period).  What is the trick to getting someone to respond?

The trick is adding @isc2, @isc2Bobby, @Tim_ISC2, @TaraZ_isc2,
@PatriciaISC2, @tonyshiver, @AndreaMoore, @amandavanceISC2, @Kaity,
and/or (I'd suggest "and") anyone else you can find on
https://community.isc2.org/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/user?q=isc
to your public posting on the "community."
