I have sent an email to membersupport@isc2.org on Monday (3rd Feb 2025) to request for a change in first name but there is not much progress. I have also sent another request enquiry via the "contact us" portal today, 5th Feb 2025.
I need to change my first name to match my identity card and passport before I book my exam.
Please assist.
