Certificate voucher showing as used

Hey everyone,

I had a voucher which was supposed to expire September 30, 2021 for a CCSP exam and this was working couple of months back when I was trying to check some possible dates, now when am trying to schedule the exam using the voucher it is showing that 'This voucher has been used 1 time and cannot be used again'.

Is there any way I can get details of how it has been used or who has used it?

Will PearsonVue help on this or is this something under the purview of ISC2?
