Certificate not received till now

Dear ISC2 team,

My name is Khalid Patel. I have passed my CISSP exam on April 2021 and obtain my certificate soft copy and membership in month of May 2021. since then , i have been waiting for my hard copy of the certificate and the badge.

 

Could you please assist me .
