Yes, all members should should receive a hard copy of their certificate(s) after endorsement, and again upon each renewal of their 3-year cycle.

Sounds like you need to contact Member Services and ask for a replacement to be shipped. I'd also check that your postal address is set correctly in your profile in the member portal.
