Cant Access free CC training

when i try to access the training program in isc2 i get a message saying "You do not have access to this knowledge space."

i signed up for the 1m free cc certification so was wondering why its not letting me in the course.

i used another chrome account and was told i need to do the pre-assessment but i cant even access the pre assessment. it says click start but there is no start button.
