Cannot pay my maintenance fee

Hello,

 

I have been trying to pay my maintenance fee, and the site does not seem to be working properly. I also tried calling customer service, but due to the flooding / business was sent to voicemail. The site seems broken from the latest versions of Chrome and Edge. I don't want my certification to lapse.
