Keep getting an error - An error has occurred. Please contact support.
Renamed the PDF proof, changed everything, still the same error. Emailed last week but no response.
Any ideas???

I fill in all the boxes with the red star
Try minimising the text you've put in the Presenter field - I remember there used to be issues with overly long entries.
Glad it worked, and that's a good suggestion - I'm pretty sure that's been suggested before but obviously not implemented yet.
My strategy is to avoid the CPE portal as much as possible and only try to earn auto-submitted CPEs so I haven't been keeping up to date on its evolution.
I found out the "presenter field" response must be less than 100 characters. Yes, a note explaining that would help and that has been requested.
