I cannot access the free member courses under the “Member benefits” > “Professional Development Institute (PDI)”
When I click the Free for members button, I’m redirected towards a page displaying the following message: “Error: Not authorized You are not authorized to view the page you are trying to reach. If you believe you encountered this page in error, and that you should have access to the resource you are trying to access, contact technical support.”

I have been getting error: Not Authorized since more than 20 days when I try to access Immersive Courses offered free for members and sent emails to email@example.com along with my member ID but no resolution yet. I am disappointed. Can someone help me please.
