When I add to cart and go to checkout and gets stuck on Personal Information screen. I have tried different browsers, cleared cache, cleared cart and logout and back in but no luck.

Hi Gary, I responded last week but I've sent you another response now. Please use the email that you mailed me on as the primary email, you can remove the other email address.
I received an email to reset my a password, I assume this is in relation to resolve the account issue. I have set the new password and checked but I still have the issue on the Personal Details page on Checkout.
