Please reply - Refund Request Status (No Response Received)

Dear Member Support Team,

I am writing this message out of desperation. I have repeatedly tried to verify if my submitted documents were received, but I have gotten no response.

Here is the timeline of my attempts to contact you:
 - November 17: I emailed Exam Administrator(Ms. White) with my completed "Credit Card Refund Request Form". I requested a confirmation of receipt, but received no reply.
 - November 21: I emailed Member Support (membersupport@isc2.org) to explain the situation and check on the status, but my inquiry remains unanswered.

 - November 27 : I reached out to APAC Member Support (membersupportapac@isc2.org) with the same request. To date, I still have not heard back from anyone.


I am simply asking for confirmation that my refund process has started. I do not believe this is a difficult request to fulfill.

PLEASE, I earnestly beg you to send me just one message confirming that you have received my documents.

While $749 USD might be a small amount to your organization, it is a very significant sum of money for me personally. The complete lack of communication regarding this refund is causing me great distress.

I look forward to hearing from you immediately.
