I can't access Dashboard and Maintenance-Fee like this:
The process:
1. My application has been approved yesterday morning（2019.8.13）,Then I access my dashboard ,It was accessible at that time;
2. I paid my Maintenance-Fee successfully;
3. Can't access Dashboard and Maintenance-Fee yesterday afternoon.
