CPE submission-Rejected - Passed Program Term

I am getting the message "Rejected - Passed Program Term" when submitting CPEs for all of my certifications.

Have verified that my status is correct and these CPEs are within the cycle.

What is the issue? Request to address and fix.

I've sent an email requesting to be part of the testing and I'm looking forward to seeing the changes to the CPE portal!

Thanks so much! yes, i called in the Support desk and they agreed to take it up to the backend team to address the issue.

The  root cause of the problem is that if you have one of the certification for which you met the CPE requirements, then it keeps treating any new CPEs which you submit against this certification, as passed the program term.

So, once i excluded the ISSAP, for which the CPE requirements had already been met, it let me submit the CPEs for the other certifications.
