CPE portal

Has anyone else noticed the strangeness of the CPE portal, suggested progress bar.  I just started a new 3 year cycle and the portal is suggesting I should have completed all my CPEs for 2021/22 and 2022/2023.  I'm just not quick enough off the mark I guess.
