CPEs not reflected in CPE portal

Hello!

 

I am a fresh CISSP member, and I have some questions about CPEs. I've read the CPE Handbook, and also the FAQ section of ISC2 website, but still was not able to get the answers.

 

Here are the two situations I have:

1. I've attended a SANS webinar on May 2nd. I have updated my SANS profile beforehand to include the CISSP ID, but CPEs have not yet been credited.

2. I've completed a course on ISC2 learning portal (https://learn.isc2.org/) on May 8th, but CPEs have not yet been credited.

 

As of now, May 11th, I see 0 CPEs in Member CPE portal (https://cpe.isc2.org/s/), and the "Last updated on" field value is blank.

 

So, my questions are:

  1. Since the "3-5 days" time frame recommended by FAQ has passed, should I just submit webinar & course certificates as new CPE requests?
  2. If I submit the certificates as new CPE requests, won't I get duplicate CPE points accidentally in case they are credited later automatically?
  3. Should I reach support to clarify this and ensure the points are added automatically in the future?

Hope anyone could help me out.

CPE credits from the learn platform is updated once a month. So, please expect to see your credits in June.

I am facing similar issue, i have done multiple webinars but my dashboard is kind of stuck at 13.75 CPEs completed. I am trying this since quite few months now but nothing changed. It seems I must be doing something wrong. Any guidance is highly appreciated.
