PLEASE, PLEASE fix the CPE portal!
Or put it back to the way it was before it got redone.
This is really unworthy what everyone believes the value of the certifications are.
Very Frustrating that the CPE portal is not working properly. I'm glad to know that it is not just me. I tried to get access from both home and work computers thinking it was something in my settings that I did not know how to fix.
@agroll Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the CPE portal. Please note, we are working on quite a few updates to the CPE portal that will be rolled out within the coming months. These updates are to fix any bugs and make improvements to the user experience. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Best Regards,
Amanda Vance
I understand you are working on the portal and it may be a couple of months before we can add credits through the portal. Is there another way to submit credits from group B that are not automatically added while waiting on the portal. I attended several seminars last year and would have hours for both group A and B to add to get to my 40 for my first year, but am unable to submit with the portal errors. I realize I will be able to get all of the hours from ISC2 for this year and possibly be able to submit those hours in future years, but I would like to be able to add what I have now and then continue working on the rest of the required hours.
@PW2 What exactly is the error/issue you are receiving when submitting CPEs? Please send me screenshots and the steps you are taking to my email (avance@isc2.org), and I will look into your account as you should have no issues submitting CPEs. Once I know the error you are receiving, I will be able to advise on how to submit CPEs.

it seems the correct way to submit CPEs after completing a course offered by ISC2 is to click NO to the "Have you fulfilled a CPE offered by (ISC)²" question.
Using the other way there are no error messages. One can simply not save it and clicking "request assistance" doesn't do anything at all. Then after refreshing the site whatever had been inputted shows under something completely different.
But, as mentioned the above works.
Thanks.
I agree. The old CPE interface was much faster to get in and get out of. Bring it back, please.

@GizmoGotNet Please note from above comments, the key is to check 'No' to (ISC)² sponsored event. Unfortunately, checking 'yes' is not working properly. To submit please use the instructions below.
