My 2nd 3-year membership cycle for my CISSP began on 8/1/2020*; however, as of today, 8/11/2020, my CISSP badge on Acclaim still shows as expired. I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org on 8/3/2020 and email@example.com on 8/6/2020 about this, but I have still not had a response from anyone. I did receive an automated response from firstname.lastname@example.org that I would get a response in 2 business days, but clearly that did not happen.
What does my $125.00 annual fee go to? It certainly doesn't seem to be used to provide quality membership support or timely notification to verification bodies. How can I get this fixed?
* While my 1st 3-year membership cycle ended on 7/31/2020, I did not receive notice from (ISC)2 that my CISSP renewed until 8/3/2020.
