CISSP Certificate not received

I passed my CISSP exam on 20th April, endorsement approved on May 4th and paid the Annual fee on 3rd July. I haven't received my certificate or badges since then. I have raised a member support case but they say they are investigating, its been more than 3 weeks since I raised the case. Please let me know if anyone faced similar issue and what is happening?

It's been over a month now and your team is saying they are still investigating. Can you please escalate this case and let me know?
