CISSP Endorser not getting email

Hello,

I passed the CISSP Cert Exam on 18th January. And submitted the application for endorsement on January 22nd. However, my endorser has still not received any email 

Can anyone pl guide how to proceed?

I have checked your account. Your Endorsement Application was received by ISC2 on Janaury 27, 2025.

It takes about 4 to 6 weeks for endorsements to be processed. During that time there will be no progress reports. However, if they require additional information or clarification,the endorsement team will reach out to you directly.
