I passed my test on March 21st and not able to submit my endorsement application. whenever I go to the site I get an error occurred message in red top right. The option to submit an application is not available. Please help!
I think the issue is because I have two accounts under two different email address Shaughnflowers@gmail.com and email@example.com please delete one if you can
You will need to work directly with member support on this one. Make sure you tell them all the accounts you have created. Also, go onto the personvue web site and retrieve the member number you used to take the exam (it is also on your receipt). They can merge the accounts together.
