Associate status incorrectly endorsed

Hello - I successfully passed CISSP exam recently. I received endorsement email to which I selected ‘Associate’ option instead of ‘Member’ and submitted. AMF payment ($50) is not done as I want to cancel my Associate endorsement and redo it with Member option. I do have 10+ years of IT experience. The reason for incorrect endorsement was because of missing Member option in the new endorsement application. I’m unable to cancel Associate and currently my profile dashboard shows me pending for payment. How to fix this issue?

You'll just need to submit the endorsement process (have another member as your endorser or have (ISC)2 act as your endorser).

4.3 Associates will need to submit an endorsement application. Once the application is reviewed and approved, the associate will receive an email confirmation (Next Step email) outlining the next steps towards certification. They will be instructed to log in to their dashboard to pay the upgrade AMF of U.S. $75 before a three-year certification cycle can be started.

4.4 The associate’s cycle will be terminated under the termination reason ‘Upgrade Associate.’ A new three-year certification cycle will start once upgrade payment is received. The associate acclaim badge will be terminated, and a new credential badge will be issued.

 

Endorsement applications are submitted through an online form available on the (ISC)² website at https://www.isc2.org/Endorsement.

Thanks a lot for confirmation ! Submitted endorsement to my colleague, received notification email stating review from isc2 would take 4 to 6 weeks.
