Assistance Required: Account Provisioning Issue During CC Exam Registration

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to register for the free Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) examination offered by ISC2.
During the registration process, I received an error message, saying "your account has not been fully provisioned yet" , which has prevented me from completing my application. Despite making multiple attempts and refreshing the page, the issue persists.
I would be grateful if you could kindly advise on the cause of this error and provide guidance on how I may successfully complete my registration.
