Annual Maintenance Fee Due Date

I received the following email today:

 

Your Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) due date is October 1, 2021. Please submit your annual maintenance fee before December 30, 2021.

 

Does this mean that it's OK to submit the AMF up to 3 months late?
