I am also having the same issue. Already contacted member support, but even they had "synced" my profile again, I am still getting the same error message and unable to proceed to the endorsement step.
I am getting the same error. Updating my profile didn't work, and am not getting any help from membersupport@isc2.org.
Hopefully you have better luck than me.
