Account is currently suspended

I am getting this notice when I login to the account. I didn't see this message yesterday. Today I went to give my Certified in Cybersecurity exam and after giving my exam, when I logged in to my account, I saw this pop-up. Please help.

Hi, 

 

I just passed the CISSP Exam a week ago. When I went to try and get approved and certified it shows that my account is suspended. I have emailed ISC2 but got no response. Please assist with the same. Thanks!

Even My account was showing suspended, I have made the necessary payment and sent an email to membersupport@isc2.org from my registered email id (saimurli_88@yahoo.co.in). 

 

Can you please help to validate and get the status changed?
