AMF payment issue - SSO Error

Dear all,

 

I am trying to pay the first AMF, since my application has just been reviewed, but, when I click on the payment link on my dashboard in ISC2 portal, I get the following error message, that prevents me to complete the operation:

 

"Single Sign-On Error

We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins."

 

Could you help me please?

My problem was solved as well.  I received my updated certificate and pin.  It seems everything is working now.

I have also encountered the same issue, when I am trying to make the initial payment. SSO issue.

I just waited a few days and tried again on multiple different browsers,
and it somehow worked. I don't remember that anyone ever reached out to me,
but it seems like it corrected itself. Sorry that I'm not very much help.

Hi @delpan - I've sent your ID # to the team. Member Support will reach out directly via email when an update is available. 

 

For anyone else getting this SSO/SAML issue, please send an email to membersupport@isc2.org with your ID # in the body of the email and we will get a ticket started. Apologies for this issue - we are sharing it up the chain!

Am having errors when i try to make payment with my card from Nigeria. is any other person having this issue?

I am really strongly tempted to make some comment (I taught a couple of CISSP
seminars in Lagos a while back) but the reality is that ISC2's systems do have a
*LOT* of bugs in them.

I've tried to send emails regarding the problem with SSO during payment process several times, but all of them are not delivered due to some restrictions or technical problems on your side.
