AMF SSO issue

I am attempting to pay my AMF, and on every occasion I encounter an error message regarding Salesforce SSO errors.

 

I have sent 2 emails to the EMEA membership team and spent some time holding on the phone waiting for someone to answer.

 

Can someone please assist?

@CCope Thank you for posting and sorry to learn of the issue with there being an SSO problem when logging into your account. Thankfully I see that a Coordinator message you about two hours ago, alerting you that this issue was resolved and asking for you to confirm the fix.

Hello - Seems i'm having the same issue as well. What's the best course of action e.g. raise a members services ticket?

Yes, sending an email with your member ID and issue to membersupport@isc2.org is the best way to create a ticket.
