AMF Payments

Hello All, 

 

If you're currently having trouble paying your AMF, please log out, clear your cache and start a new session before trying again. Thank you😊

Are any efforts being made to restore payment by employer voucher?  I did not see that option available when I logged into the new dashboard.  I only see credit card and PayPal as the payment options.

I continue to have an issue paying my AMF even though I have tried clearing cache, another browser and another device. The pay button is simply greyed out.

dear maria I need to pay my AMF by May 1st, but I can't access it from the dashboard even after logging out and clearing my cache. How can I avoid running out of CISSP certification?

Hello @Etxxn & @masayukitani - can you please email membersupport@isc2.org? they should be able to assist you with paying your AMF 🙂

Hello,

I followed the same instructions as mentioned but AMF payment button is greyed out.

There are other issues with chat, AMF period and CPE count

The system has accepted my payment, but continues to ask for me to submit an AMF payment. I have sent over 10 emails, and called several times. This is very unprofessional. The fact that these issues have been lingering for more than 4 years is very disturbing.

I would greatly appreciate someone fixing my account.

It's inexcusable. They are receiving payments and not providing the certification and services paid for. 

This isn't a once in a blue moon issue, this has been ongoing for me for half a year. I have never not paid my dues on time yet I received threats of suspension, and ultimately suspension of certs because of ISC issues. I also haven't been able to log into their site for at least the last month. 

I finally got someone from ISC2 to respond to me on LinekdIn, they for my Member ID to verify and then when I told them about my issues they responded that all of the issues are due to a "global internet service outage". Seriously, what a laughable response. Seems like that is the case in these forums as well. 

They know about all of these issues, and they're more than happy receiving the AMF, but they refuse to acknowledge or address these issues.

They should be providing compensation to members. It just makes the case many have before, renewing certs is just a money grab.

I went through the same thing. I still haven’t received my certificate!
