AMF Payment Issue

CISSP Endorsement application approved and while try to pay AMF after putting payment card details and submitting its ending with and error and amount got debited from Bank account .Tried twice and result was same. Raised email to support team , even tried to call Japan support team but the person who answered the call was just a receptionist and informed me to contact support team through email only.

Before there was  Chat support option available now its disappeared from the portal. What is the way to resolve this issue and what about the amount which got debited from my account. 

Team I am expecting a reply for this post

@mariatirado They just contacted me through email to get the bank card details for initiating the refund I have provided the same but still there is no advice or response there after and also I am expecting support to complete the AMF payment as I don't want to try again the payment through ISC2 portal using bank card as it got failed twice earlier and both time amount got debited .So please help me to complete the payment process to get my CISSP certificate ASAP

@mariatirado Customer support agent contacted me and asking to pay the AMF using paypal through portal  or using wire transfer . Kindly give some priority to fix the payment issue with ISC2 portal I believe this issue has  been there for long time .As I remember , same thing happened to me when I tried to purchase peace of Mind voucher during that time also one of the ISC2 sales agent only supported me to get the voucher offline . 

Wire Transfer will cost me additional amount,  so Kindly get me an update once the issue with ISC2 portal is fixed 

I hope you will treat this with priority and I think its a common issue most of all the ISC2 members are facing now .

@mariatirado I have done wire transfer 2 days back with the support of my friend from US . And the transaction status is completed and amount got credited to ISC2 Account . I have approached the ISC2 support and they are saying it will take 7- 10 business days to check with the ISC2 Finance team . @mariatirado Kindly support to expedite the process as I need the certificate asap and I was behind this for more than 2 weeks now . If the payment option on ISC2 portal is working normally then I could have done the payment earlier to obtain my CISSP certificate. 

So kindly consider this request and do the needful from your end ASAP. I have already shared the wire transfer receipt with your support team and if you can share me your email I will reshare again .

Hi @mariatirado

 

 

I am facing AMF payment issue . My credit card is ok. I checked with my bank, they said merchant is giving problem. Nothing from Bank side. I have already mailed to Asia Pacific zone, no reply yet. My last date to pay AMF is 3o September. Kindly help me.

Hi Team

I have tried paying my AMF fees , however everytime i get the same error.

I raised complaint and was asked to check with bank.

Bank confirmed they have no pending or hold payments.

I again tried with 3 different credit cards and 02 different systems. Still i am not able to get pass and its not working. 

Need your help to solve this. There is no problem with my credit cards and i checked with bank too.
