I'm also having the same issue. A quick Google reveals that many people are getting this issue. Has a fix been found, yet? I'm on a time crunch to get this resolved, so I can continue on to the next course.

If you search these forums you will likely see that others have been in the same situation and answers may already be available in other threads - there are quite a few on this subject.
However, to get a resolution to most issues you'll face as an ISC2 member usually requires that you contact Member Services by phone - I always recommend to keep calling them until you speak with someone as leaving a voicemail or sending an email will take a while to get a response:
