How can you actually get to talk to a person about AMF showing due when they were paid previously before the change in rate? I've tried multiple emails and voicemails the last two weeks.

I've reached out via this forum and email to Amanda as well as sent emails to the generic mailbox and left messages. At this point my cert may likely lapse before I can get this resolved.
